ABOUT SIBERIAN PINE ECO FACTORY

Siberian Pine Eco Factory

Siberian Pine Eco Factory is a producer of all-natural food items. The company’s story started 17 years ago. At the time, we were a small-scale manual operation producing one product on 50 square metres. Since then, Siberian Pine has evolved into a group of companies offering a range of over 100 products with 10,000 square metres of manufacturing facilities.

We believe that the future belongs to honest producers of organic all-natural food, free from GMO, colouring, preservatives, and any other unhealthy artificial additives.

We were born and live in Siberia, one of the most pristine and beautiful places on Earth. Siberian land is known for its abundance of wild plants—various nuts, berries, mushrooms, and herbs—jam-packed with vitamins.

13 STAGES OF NUTS PROCESSING

Pine nuts that we use as raw materials go through 13 stages of treatment at our production facilities. Such thorough process guarantees high quality of our end products.

PINE NUTS QUALITY CONTROL

Every year, the Russian market is flooded with low-quality pine nuts. Some companies resort to using last year’s, rancid or discoloured nuts—in other words, whatever is cheaper—for their products.

At Siberian Pine Eco Factory, we pride ourselves in our scrupulous approach to pine nuts quality control which starts on the harvest sites and extends all the way to the finished products. This sign on a bag of packaged pine nuts certifies that it is a fresh product that has passed all stages of Siberian Pine Eco Factory’s checks.

ORIGIN CONTROL

The quality control of our products starts thousands of kilometres away from the production facilities, in dense pine forests of Western and Eastern Siberia where pine cones are harvested.

PINE PRESERVATION

We believe that barbaric cone picking methods that damage tree tops and leave wild taiga animals starving are unacceptable. We practice careful harvesting, clearly understanding how much we need and mindful of the nature’s capabilities in each particular season.

RIGID QUALITY CONTROL

Before reaching the production floor, each batch of nuts undergoes testing in an accredited lab. Check specimens of each batch are subject to organoleptic, microbiological, and radiation control.
